A Porsche 911 with DSG and direct Injection

Bilde_1

Autoweek has reported that the Porsche 911 will have a DSG powered tranny (ala the VW GTI/Audi A3) and a six-cylinder engine with direct injection.  Summer 2008 is when these changes will take place.  Additionally Autoweek reports that the model will receive increases in horsepower (the Carrera S coupe will get a boast of horsepower from 355 to 370).  The real question though, is when the DSG tranny will see its way into the new 911 Turbo.   Time shall tell. Cant wait to drive a DSG 911.
