The successor to the Mercedes-Benz SLR , The SLC has got some serious wings

This video treats you with the throaty engine sounds of this new sports car so don't be shy with the volume meter on your computer. Specific numbers for this vehicle are unknown and sources such as Carmagazine in the UK are saying it could be sold exclusively under the AMG badge: so you may as well call it the AMG SLC. For the SLC to be sold under the AMG solely, you know that Mercedes-Benz is putting together one serious performance vehicle. Expect the SLC coupe to make it's first appearance in dealership come 2010 and have a price tag in the six figure range.
We picture the new SLC being something like a baby- SLR , of course in relation to its figure. Expect it to be the top performing, premier AMG vehicle. With a rumored price in the six figure range one can see this being one hot selling vehicle for the MB team . Just think about : slick SLR-like looks and superior performance . All at the fraction of the cost of the half million dollar SLR. Leftlanenews sources are pointing to a 6,000 a year production at two years for the SLC.
