Upon attendance of the New England International Auto Show there was one modern beast of a muscle car lurking on the showroom floor. The Iconic GTR Roadster, which weighs 2,200 pounds, it quite the eye grabber with its sleek and sexy body design. Most of its body is constructed of carbon fiber which means its light and can easily achieve the astonishing performance numbers. At a certain test drive event Mr Ballard said that Bugatti Veyron drivers were very much impressed with the performance of this vehicle. So does this mean Veyron buyers will jump on the GTR Roadster?
The Iconic GTR Roadster is priced at $600,000 with a limited production of 100 cars to be produced. With performance numbers similar to that of the Veyron, the Veyron does the note to sixty in 2.46 seconds according to Autocar UK, this new Iconic GTR seems like a performance bargain compared to the pricing of the Veyron at over 1 million Euros. Additionally the GTR Roadster is much more rare with its 100 production number.
More features of the car include a touch screen navigation system so you can focus on shifting the super sleek six speed manual, hand stitched leather, Formula 1 inspired suspension, a gas cap control system, and integrated functionality with the Apple Iphone however specific details are not available in regards to this.
