We have been anticipating the first photos of the new BMW 7 Series modified by Alpina and now one official photo has surfaced of the hot tuned 7 Series.
Pictured above is the first photo of the Alpina B7 which is based on the all new 7 er that has not been released yet in the United States. Alpina has basically taken the new 7 Series and added their classic aerodynamic components and much sought after wheels. The odds of seeing a modified BMW Alpina in the States are pretty slim- I think that I have seen one modified Alpina 7 Series down in Miami Beach.
Performance wise the Alpina B7 features 4.4 litre V8 engine which has been supercharged by Alpina. Numbers come out to 507 bhp and note to sixty in 4.7 seconds for the modified beast. Additionally the top speed has been increased to 174mph mark. If your looking to modify your new 7er , the Alpina treatment may be the classic way to go.
The new Alpina B7 will make its official debut at the Geneva Motor Show next month.
