If you own a BMW with a twin turbocharged V6 then this latest recall may have you heading back to the dealer.
According to Boston.com , BMW vehicles such as the 2007-2010 335i, 2008-2010 135i, 535i, X6 xDrive35i, and the 2009-2010 Z4 sDrive35i fall within the recall.
The result of the fault fuel pump could mean lack of acceleration or a car that could shut off totally.
The part that is need of help is the fuel pump and some cars will need a new one or a software update. The second of the two is sure to be cheaper but if you under warranty then you should be all set.
