When your stepping into your ride you want to have the best driving shoes on. I have driving shoes from Puma, Lacoste, and a few other brands.
If your shoe is too bulky or something like a running shoe that just won't work with the pedal. You need something grippy and comfortable.
There are really hardcore driving shoes like the Oakley ones or more casual ones like the one's you see here from Ralph Lauren, or Bacco Bucci. If you are seriously tracking your car go with the Oakley racing shoes.
Puma's seem to be my favorite at this point but there are other brands out there.
